Voices on Tour
The Spotlight is on Anna Ciddor
Anna Ciddor is excited to announce the June release of her latest book, The Boy Who Stepped Through Time. In this adventure, a modern boy is transported back to Roman times and finds himself trying to save a girl’s life - a perfect match for the CBCA Book Week theme, Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds. Anna is offering new, inspiring sessions to celebrate the launch.
Anna is also thrilled that her last book, 52 Mondays, has just been recognised in the inaugural Book Links Award for Children’s Historical Fiction.
Congratulations
Allison Paterson's new picture book I Wonder, will be released in August
The Omega Writers Bookfair

Omega Writers Book Fair is a rare opportunity to buy books ranging from children's and young adult, to special needs, to adult fiction and nonfiction by local authors.
The fair includes author readings, book signings, door prizes, scavenger hunt and show bags.
In addition, two workshops will be offered:
In The Deadly Duo (and how to defeat them), Anne Hamilton examines both helpful and harmful strategies in dealing with disappointment and rejection as part of life, including our writing journeys.
And in Marketing and Promotion for Writers, our panellists, Sally Eberhardt, Lynne Stringer and Jeanette O’Hagan will give their differences perspectives and experiences from business, traditional and Indie publishing. Find out what works, what doesn’t work and strategies for the future.
Cost: Free to attend and browse
Optional workshops cost $20
