From accepting feedback to aligning to the values and disciplines of a workplace and the performance review cycle, this topic will set up school-leavers for success.
Emerging leader
This workshop is focussed harnessing the skills required to step up to the leadership plate. An award- winning corporate businesswoman who has led hundreds of people Rachal will work with emerging leaders to harness their potential, give strategies for self-doubt and tips to develop a mindset that does not rely on motivation alone.
