Guy Edmonds is an International Emmy® award-winning author, director and performer whose work has reached young audiences around the world.

He has co-authored seven books across two hit series, including Zombie Diaries - translated into ten languages. His upcoming debut fantasy-adventure series will be published by HarperCollins (2027).

As an author/presenter, Guy brings the energy and craft of a professional performer to every engagement. With two decades of acting across stage and screen - including world premiere productions in Australia, London's West End, and Washington D.C. - he creates author talks and workshops that are interactive, theatrical, and genuinely memorable for young readers and writers.

His screen work as a writer-director has won major international recognition. He co-created and directed Hardball (ABC/Netflix), which won the International Emmy®, Prix Jeunesse International, BANFF Rockies Award, Japan Prize and more across its two Emmy® nominated seasons. He co-created and directed Spooky Files (BBC/ABC), for which he received his second Australian Directors' Guild nomination. And his latest series, Caper Crew (ABC) has been a hit at home and abroad. All were made for young audiences - meaning his storytelling instincts, on page and in person, are built around what kids actually connect with.

Guy has delivered author visits, school events, and festival presentations for previous books and series. He is available for visits, workshops, and keynote engagements ahead of the release of his HarperCollins series and beyond.
