Helen Dallimore

Helen is an actor, singer, director, screenwriter and children’s author.
With a performing career spanning over three decades, Helen has made a name for herself both in Australia and on the world stage. Most notably, she created the role of the original Glinda in London’s West End production of Wicked, opposite the legendary Idina Menzel.

Helen has hundreds of stage and screen credits to her name, from Here Come the Habibs (Channel 9) and Hardball (ABC) to winning the Helpmann award for her performance in Legally Blonde the Musical.

Helen writes for television, and recently published the first of a series of middle school books published by Penguin Random House, called The Hits and Misses of Melody Moss. She calls upon her experience in musical theatre with her main character, Melody, who is navigating starting high school while being obsessed with musicals, in a hilarious laugh-out-loud page turner.
