Tannya was generous with her time and flexible with her presentation. The children were engaged throughout the sessions and came away with a successful drawing. She used kid friendly language, her drawing instruction was simple and appropriately step by step, very interactive, her displays were great and she coped well with the vagaries of technology. I wanted to let you know about the success of the Writers’ block event, at Robina branch library and auditorium last Saturday. We were fortunate to have Gwyneth and Megan present to our students here at All Saints as part of our biannual Livewire Festival this year. The ladies presented information about their books The Travel Adventures of PJ Mouse, in particular the Queensland story. Their presentations were engaging and interesting. They really inspired students to reflect and write about their own travels. This impact continued throughout the semester. We would certainly welcome them back to our school.
