Kim has just left our school and she is truly a gifted artist, author and speaker. I have not enjoyed an author visit so much. Her energy and obvious love she has for her work is infectious and the Year 2 children were captivated. Charlotte had the audience in the palm of her hand. Although there were four people on the panel, most of the questions were directed at her and she answered them clearly, distinctly and with aplomb. She is a tremendous speaker, an advocate for women in science and a wonderful example of everything that a scientist, and a person, should be.

The boys loved Jo's presentation and they liked her tips for building the story particularly her travels to Finland for research.

I think Kat Apel may be our Book Week treasure. The boys love you! Teachers, students and parents have loved hearing you talk about your books and your family, and all the teachers have been impressed with your style and your activities.

We really enjoyed having Tristan visit us and work with the students during our Writers Camp. Tristan really engaged the students and give them plenty of inspiration as well as giving them practical advice that they could apply to their writing. He exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend Tristan to other schools. He also took the time to find out what our needs were for our group of students and tailored his presentations to suit our requirements.
