The kids, teachers and I were sooooo wrapped with what you did that we want to encourage you to come again! Students really enjoyed meeting Anil and making connections to her illustrations while learning more about her creative process. Her presentation was engaging and well paced, allowing students to gain a deeper understanding of how an illustrator brings a story to life. The interactive elements encouraged thoughtful participation, and her work with small groups gave students valuable opportunities to ask questions, share ideas and feel supported in their own creative thinking.

Not only are Lisa’s books fabulously entertaining and full of heart, she is an awesome and very engaging presenter.Her sessions are fun, inspiring and encourage the kids to think and talk about a range of issues whilst having a seriously good giggle too. She is hands down one of our favourite author guests at our children’s book club and an absolute delight to run sessions with.
Fifi Colston came to Wā Ora Montessori School in 2022. The children thoroughly enjoyed her presentation as she captured their imaginations with the different stories about her past, including her childhood and how she came to be interested in art. They loved the things that she brought into school to show (including old exercise books from her own schooling).
