Sophie was brilliant, informative, tailored to meet what the kids were doing, exploring in class. The writers workshop was also great, kids got a lot out of it and are enthusiastic to write and have their work shared with others. Really enjoyable.

My class attended the session you did with the other authors at St Francis for the Readers and Writers Festival. They were so inspired and enthusiastic for writing afterwards, it was fantastic!

Speakers Ink is an agency that handles my requests and questions promptly and efficiently. I like that they don't bombard me but give me enough assistance to make our author visits successful. I always feel comfortable in my dealings with Speakers Ink.

Children who live in far flung regional areas are often deprived of opportunities their city cousins take for granted. These kids devour the opportunity to listen, learn and engage with the writers of the books they read but never dream they may have the chance to meet personally. Allison Tait is one author who makes the dream a reality. As a founding member and organiser of BRW Festival my job is made super easy when you have an Allison Tait on your guest list.

Katrina changed her presentations in a few places to match the different year levels. She was lovely and engaged the children exceptionally well. Katrina's props (dolls, puppets etc) were fabulous to accompany her books and storytelling.

"Gaye Chapman brings a different dimension to the illustrator session. Her multi-sensory games give the children a chance to fully participate in activities leading them to draw without constraints.
