The students and teachers were very impressed with Peter and should funds allow, we would like to have him back again next year.

We have engaged Shane here at Hale on numerous occasions. He is a highly entertaining guest speaker who has a genuine and authentic approach with the students. His story is unique and he shares that intertwined with his professional milestones that creates a highly captivating session. He can communicate with kids of all ages and adults alike.

The session was amazing… the feedback from the kids has been super positive. Deb proved to them that IDEAS for writing are right before their eyes! She was absolutely fabulous – we are all eagerly awaiting the next book!

Morsi showed a contagious commitment and was an excellent communicator. His target audiences are without doubt teenagers and adults. Having Morsi at our school was very positive and eye opening! ...Kirsty Eagar was great. The girls, especially in year 11, really enjoyed listening to her. I would definitely recommend her as an inspirational speaker especially for students year 10 and above.

Melinda reinforced many of the ideas we have been sharing with the teachers, about being a visible reader, along with her own experiences of reading and how to get young people reading and building a good reading culture, including author visits and finding the right book. Best of all she read us a story, which fitted well with an overarching theme of Wellness.

Peter's workshop was, without a doubt, the highlight of our library year! We already have plans to invite Peter back for a follow-up workshop in the near future. I also wanted to thank you for making Peter available to schools through Speakers Ink.

Victoria was very well organised and an engaging speaker. She ensured that her presentation took into consideration the upcoming assessment task for the students by using one of her stories as a framework.
